M.O. Queen Mary Hospital. About 8.40 p.m. on 28th September Leung Ki
was admitted. Very collapsed from excessive loss of blood. He had a
number of incised wounds. Transverse wound 42* long on back of neck,
it went right down to bone. Wound was blèeding very profusely. Incised
wound across right cheek deep down to bone 3" long. Incised wound on
left am 1" long and 1" deep. Incised wound 41" long on outside of
left thigh. It was deep and went through muscles. Two minor abrasions
of abdominal wall. I could not operate but I stopped haemorrhage. He
improved slightly but later got worse. He was treated for shook with
intravenous injections. On 1st October I was present when dying
deposition was taken from him. It took 1 hours. During taking of
deposition he had lucid intervals. At other times he could not answer
questions clearly. Temperature at that time was very high 104 degs.
Next day I was present when deposition was read over to him. He was
not completely lucid then, but he was better than on the previous day.
He was conscious all the time the deposition was taken but he was
very drowsy. Next day he could not answer questions normally.
